1. Our items are pre-order unless stated otherwise, as we are launching first come first serve basis. Whoever pays first will get the item first.

2. If items is no longer available, dont worry we will contact you and refund you the total amount. Kindly note that we will refund within approx 2weeks' time due to hectic schedules.

3. Please bank-in the total amount once you have placed the order, otherwise order will not be placed till full payment has been made.

4. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description for the buyers to refer.

5. Buyer should allow plus minus of 1-2inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on items due to different ways of measurement.

6. Color might be slightly different with the picture posted due to different setting of monitor.

7. Buyer may request for special/appointed delivery date. Just simply indicated the date you wish your goods to be delivered.

8. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.

9. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made. Please bear in mind that Ready Stock items will be deliver within 5 working day after payment has been made.

10. Please ensure that your shipping address location is correct. Poslaju is use as part of delivery your items, as to be more secure with tracking number.

11. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

12. Please check your JUNKMAIL/SPAMBOX if you do not receive our replies within 72hours. Kindly resend your email if you do not receive our replies.

A GENTLE REMINDER
